Variation of Class I Antigen(HLA-ABC), Class II Antigen(HLA_DR) and T6 Positive Cells According to the Culture of Epidermal Cells

Abstract
Using immunofluorescent technique, author was able to quantify the density of major histocompatability (MHC) class I(HLA-ABC), class II(HLA-DR) and T6 antigens on the surface of Langerhans cells was not changed after in vitro culture of epidermal
cells
but class II and T6 antigen positive cells were decreased during primary culture and disappeared after secodary culture. The stimulation index of allogeneic T lymphocyte was not recognized in primarily cultured epithelium by mixed skin-lymphocyte
reaction. And the stimulation capacity of allogeneic T lymphocyte was lost completely in the group that appended by anti HLA-DR antibody and anti CD 1/T6 antibody compared with the group that appended by Mitomycin-C.
Furthermore the ratio of class II antigen positive cells in cultured keratinocytes were not changed during culture but the ration of T6 antigen postive cells were decreased in fourth day after culture and the cells were disappeared in sixth day.
Clinical results of allograft of cultured epidermal sheet was favorable. In this investigation, mean take up rate was approximately 58%.
